Cancellations: If you’re unable to attend, kindly transfer the ticket to someone who can make into the event or inform The House of Blackness team at least two days prior. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.

Return Policy
Refund Policy Refund Policy for Exclusive Live Stream Event at The Sound House, Terrace Booking Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify The House of Blackness team at least 48 hours prior to the event to allow us to reallocate your ticket to someone on the waiting list. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund. Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Please inform us of the new attendee’s details as soon as possible. Tickets cannot be transferred within 24 hours of the event. Event Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the live stream, all booked guests will be notified immediately, and any paid amounts will be refunded in full. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation notice. No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for the event and have not provided prior notice of cancellation will not be eligible for a refund. Waiting List Operations: In the event of a cancellation, tickets will be offered to those on the waiting list. If you have paid and are on the waiting list, you will be given priority for available slots. We strive to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
