Thank you for purchasing tickets to Miss the Next African Queen in Ireland Crowning Finale. Please review our refund policy below: Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made in writing via email to tnaqimarketing@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds will only be considered if requested at least 14 days prior to the event date (November 1st, 2025). Non- Refundable: Any requests made after November 1st will not be eligible for a refund. Tickets purchased within 14 days of the event (from November 2nd onwards) are non-refundable. Transfer of Tickets: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify us in writing of the change, including the new attendee’s name and contact information. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the organizers, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will be available upon request if the new date is not suitable for you. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7- 10 business days to the original payment method. This policy ensures a fair and transparent process for all attendees.
